CRIMINAL MISCHIEF INCIDENTS under investigation - Plattsmouth Police took eight different reports Saturday morning (9/27) of graffiti on cars and houses. The locations tagged were between North 4th and the 1300 block of Avenue D. Red, gold, white and blue spray paint was used.
